Your duties as Part-time Administrator within the Facilities team, will include:<\/p>\n

\n
• Acting as the point of contact for the Facilities team with contractors, suppliers, and colleagues<\/li>\n
• Ensuring Health & Safety records are maintained and up to date<\/li>\n
• Monitoring the Facilities Helpdesk<\/li>\n
• Ensuring routine maintenance and safety checks are recorded and diarised ensuring full compliance at all sites<\/li>\n
• Arranging necessary contractor appointments<\/li>\n
• Working with the Maintenance Officer to ensure maintenance requests reported through the helpdesk are logged, attended to, and closed in a timely manner<\/li>\n
• Assisting with Administration in other areas as required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

   <\/p>\n

  You will have:<\/p>\n

  \n
  • Previous Administration experience<\/li>\n
  • Excellent organisational and prioritising<\/li>\n
  • Good communication skills<\/li>\n
  • Driving licence would be preferred but is not essential<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

     <\/p>\n

    In addition, you will be professional, proactive and enthusiastic, along with a positive approach to your work.<\/p>\n

    The part-time hours are 22.5 – 30 per week to suit your needs, between 08:45 \u2013 17:15 and must include a Friday.<\/p>\n
