Working as a dynamic sales professional within the formalwear retail team, covering Ilkey and Cleckheaton showrooms, your duties will include:<\/p>\n

\n
• Retailing as a Sales Associate to drive sales and profitability<\/li>\n
• Consulting with new and existing customers<\/li>\n
• Assisting in visual merchandising<\/li>\n
• Actively promoting products and meeting customer requirements<\/li>\n
• Demonstrating a passion for tailoring<\/li>\n
• Creating full suiting assembles to maximise order values<\/li>\n
• Following through from initial sales order, coordinating and measuring, ensuring that all garments are prepared and ready to strict timescales<\/li>\n
• Ensuring highest levels of customer service at every touch point<\/li>\n
• Serving retail customers with general menswear purchases, returns and exchanges<\/li>\n
• Providing day to day customer assistance ensuring the store is well maintained, stock replenished and answering calls<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  You will have:<\/p>\n

  \n
  • Previous retail menswear experience<\/li>\n
  • A consultative high value sales background<\/li>\n
  • The ability to identify opportunities to maximise and create high lifetime customer value<\/li>\n
  • Outstanding customer service in retail sales driven environment<\/li>\n
  • Excellent numeracy and literacy skills<\/li>\n
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office, together with the ability to operate bespoke retail software<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

     <\/p>\n

    In addition, you will be able to prioritise workload, negotiate, remain calm whilst understanding urgency, having a logical, practical and \u201ccommon sense\u201d approach.<\/p>\n
