Working within the service administration team as a Service Coordinator, your duties will include:
- Booking and coordinating all service-related works efficiently and to appropriate timescales.
- Raising requisitions and ensuring service engineers are adequately certified and equipped for each site visit.
- Providing service engineers with all site-specific relevant information (e.g. site contacts and access, equipment to be serviced etc) required for individual site visits.
- Updating and maintaining all service records and making improvements to current processes where appropriate.
- Support creation of all necessary customer documentation in line with Health and safety standards e.g. RAMS.
- Responding to general enquiries via telephone/email and ensuring customers receive a first-class service through all interactions.
- Acting as an interface between customers and subcontractors to ensure the smooth running of any third party works.
- Supporting the administration of quotations for PPM contracts, call outs and required parts.
- Liaising with the Sales Admin team to ensure works are invoiced correctly.
- Investigating and resolving service-related customer matters.
- Building an ongoing understanding of customers’ individual requirements, ensuring an efficient, professional service is delivered.
- Ensuring all documentation is promptly sent to customers, accurately demonstrates the company’s professional outlook and complies with the company standards.
You will be highly organised, efficient and able to meet deadlines, focused and observant with high attention to detail. In addition, you will have strong administration and professional communication skills, being driven by customer service satisfaction, possessing the ability to work in an intense, fast paced environment.
