Part-time Telesales Executive – £11.50 – £13.50 per hour

Working within a forward-thinking company, your duties as Part-time Telesales Executive will include:

• Making outbound volume calls to existing customer leads & lapsed clients
• Working from an existing database
• Contacting lost clients for feedback and research to understand reason for buying from a competitor
• Obtaining contact names and information for new projects
• Updating all gathered data and information onto an excel spreadsheet
• Speaking to Architects, Project Managers and School Business Managers

You will have:

• Previous Telesales experience
• First class communication skills having the ability to gather information and build rapport
• A confident telephone manner
• Good IT skills

In addition, you will be friendly, reliable and outgoing with a good work ethic.
