Mechanical Installation and Service Engineer – £35,000 pa

Working as part of a team who are responsible for the installation of equipment packages, your duties will include:.  

• Working on live construction sites (new build and existing developments) alongside multiple trades to a set program/deadline
• Problem-solving to rectify real-time site issues by working with the installation team and site team to find a suitable resolution
• Elevating heavy-duty equipment at height and managing the risks associated
• Working at height up to approx. 5m using Step ladders, MEWPS
• Using power tools for example drills (Mag, SDS and Standard) and chop saw
• Marking and setting out equipment positions accurately with measuring equipment and laser levels
• Conducting initial site surveys as requested to identify any deviations from scope of works. (if applicable)
• Reviewing job card ensuring correct delivery of materials, equipment and tools required for site-specific installation works
• Completing timesheets on time and ensure commissioning reports for works undertaken accurately reflect works undertaken

You will have knowledge of HVAC systems and have Industrial Fit Out experience along with being efficient and able to meet deadlines, focused and observant with high attention to detail.  In addition, you will have a good geographical knowledge with can work diligently under pressure.

You will need to be willing to travel, covering the M25 area with flexibility to cover the UK.
