Conveyancing Fee Earner – £40,000 – £45,000 pa plus bonus

Your duties as a Conveyancing Fee Earner, will include:

• Working in all aspects of residential conveyancing work
• Dealing with Sales, Purchase, Freehold and Leasehold work
• Handling own high-volume caseload
• Updating SOS case management system
• Preparing and processing letters and forms correctly
• Liaising with clients and other 3^rd parties
• Generating revenue through business development

You will have:

• Previous conveyancing experience
• First class communication and client management skills

In addition, you will be professional, proactive and enthusiastic, with a desire to develop the business further.
