Working within a small, friendly team, your duties as Administration Coordinator will include:
- Answering calls from customers
- Logging calls
- Outbound calls to customers to book installations
- Coordinating diaries
- Ordering supplies
- Calling customers for information
- Updating various systems
You will have:
- Excellent communication and administration skills
- Previous experience of working in a customer service role
- The ability to pick up new systems quickly
In addition, you will be a flexible, hardworking, enthusiastic team player with a great sense of humour.
