Working within a very friendly team environment, your duties as Accounts Administrator will include:
- Processing Invoices and Purchase Orders
- Ordering any extras as required
- Assisting with sales administration duties
- Sending letters and liaising with customers and third parties
- Providing reception cover when required
- Answering incoming calls
- Any other duties as required
You will have:
- Knowledge of invoice processing
- A good telephone manner
- Strong administration skills
- A passion for providing first class customer service
In addition, you will be a flexible, adaptable and helpful team player.

Working hours are 37.5 per week, 09:00 until 17:30 Monday to Friday with one hour for lunch.
