Working within a small, very friendly team, your duties working as Internal Sales / Customer Service Executive will include:

• Contacting existing and lapsed UK customers database via phone & email
• Inputting details into the CRM and Sales Order Processing System
• Building relationships to ensure repeat business is secured
• Planning follow up calls

You will have:

• Confident communication skills, being able to build long lasting business relationships
• A pleasant and friendly telephone manner
• Good listening skills
• The ability to close
