Your duties as an Administrator within the Facilities team, will include:
- Acting as the point of contact for the Facilities team with contractors, suppliers, and colleagues
- Ensuring Health & Safety records are maintained and up to date
- Monitoring the Facilities Helpdesk
- Ensuring routine maintenance and safety checks are recorded and diarised ensuring full compliance at all sites.
- Arranging necessary contractor appointments
- Working with the Maintenance Officer to ensure maintenance requests reported through the helpdesk are logged, attended to, and closed in a timely manner
- Assisting with Administration in other areas as required
You will have:
- Previous Administration experience
- Excellent organisational skills
In addition, you will be professional, proactive and enthusiastic, along with a positive approach to your work.
The hours are Monday–Friday, 8:45am – 5:15pm with some flexibility on the hours for the right person.
